The carpet we present is a carpet with the classic decoration of Agra rugs. These carpets were once produced in the studios of the Indian courts to decorate aristocratic homes. Today the best production of Agra comes from Pakistan, where highly qualified workers from Afghanistan make carpets with this type of classic design, but with colors much more suitable for Western furnishings.
