VINTAGE DECOLRIZED RED

The red carpet is a carpet from the “Vintage” collection: they are old-fashioned carpets, which are faded and then re-dyed giving the carpet a uniform color. The colors used have a mordant that sticks to the wool of the fleece, but not to the cotton of the weft, thus creating the vintage effect. Each carpet from this treatment has a different result, it depends on the basic design and the quality of the wool.
