Ushak rugs in Turkish Usak are famous rugs made in the city Usak north of Denizli. Carpets very appreciated by the court of Istanbul that commissioned several especially large. They were also the carpets of the Venetian and Genoese merchants who had established a sort of maritime commercial monopoly with the Turks, bringing from east to the Italian ports the first trades.
