This production of carpets was destined for the sumptuous residences of the Maharajahs and often carried out directly at the Indian courts by workers from Persia. Carpet of Indian production with intense tones. The decoration is very rich and characterized by a central medallion, unusual for these elongated shapes. The rich border has a dark pink background and is decorated with scrolls that follow each other seamlessly.
