The main feature of these rugs is the Western-style decoration, which introduced an absolute novelty in the furnishings of the time. They were factories created specifically to produce large carpets for sumptuous noble palaces.
The carpet we offer is of Spanish manufacture from the early twentieth century. with warp and weft in cotton and fleece in wool, decorated with a flower bouquet on a solid color background. The border is also very rich and recalls the tapestries of the time.
