Italian painter Angela de Nozza translated her Florentine artistic education is particularly vivid in this eye-catching carpet. This is a rug of Indian production, hand knotted with the Tibetan knot technique, and only 10 pieces of this design were produced, all signed by the artist. Beside paintings and carpets, she also designs fine jewelry – an interest beautifully captured in the jewel tones of this piece.
