This artifact is a typical product of the “Aymara” populations that live mainly in the vicinity of Lake Titicaca between Peru, Bolivia, northern Chile and northeastern Argentina. These populations live in contact with nature and are mainly dedicated to sheep farming, producing, among other things, a soft and fluffy wool with which women make the “frazadas” that they use at various times of their daily life. These artifacts are characterized by bright colors.
